We want you to love your home sanctuary. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate with a specialized carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
